Q) Do you allow pets?
A) Yes, we love pets, especially doggies, turtles are cool too.
Snakes, not so much. AND!!! Our dog fees are 50% OFF Right Now - SCORE! That's just $ 25 per pet,
per stay (not per night) (regular = $ 50), and ALL of our rooms are
pet friendly (not Cobra friendly though).
Q) How do I book this package once I buy it from Bloomspot?
A) The process works like this:
1) Buy the certificate from Bloomspot first
2) Once you receive your actual certificate, (usually 1 to 2 days after you buy), there should
be instructions on the credentials. These say to send an email to:

Q) Is this package for Two Persons?
A) Yep. The incredible price is good for "up to two", (or is that "up
too to", "up two too", "too-too")...Anyway, if you're a solo traveler
that's fine too (to?) and you can bring your doggie along for company
(see above).
Q) What is a weekday or weekend booking?
A) The current Bloomspot promotion offers your choice of a ONE
NIGHT "Weekday" stay or a TWO NIGHT "Weekend" stay. The ONE NIGHT
($129) certificate will cover any eligible and available night on a
SUN, MON, TUES, WEDS or THURS. The TWO NIGHT certificate is valid for
any nights, including any FRI or SAT night combination, but all
subject to availability, in eligible class of rooms and subject to
terms and conditions. The TWO NIGHT ($ 369) certificate does not HAVE
to be used on a "weekend" but it is redeemable for an applicable Fri
and/or Sat night.
WEEKDAY = SUNDAY through THURSDAY NIGHTS
WEEKEND = ANY STAY THAT INCLUDES ANY FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT
(Note that our restaurant is closed for dinner on Wednesday evenings,
so if your stay is for a Wednesday you may want to add a 2nd night (at
a discount, see below). If not, we can allow the $ 25 dinner credit to
be applied to a separate spa treatment in the spa (the other spa
credit can not be combined to be used on the same treatment, except
for our Couple's Massage). This only applies to Wednesday bookings.)
Q) Can I buy two ONE NIGHT certificates and use them on the same stay?
A) No.
Sorry, but you can book an additional night (at a great
discount!) when you redeem the one night voucher. If you already bought two and missed this part, we'll make an exception to allow use of two certificates for a one-time $ 99 accommodation fee.
Q) Can I buy a ONE NIGHT voucher and my boyfriend buy's one and then
we come for one night under my name and then stay the 2nd night under
his name?
A) Uhm. Not really. You might be able to trick us (but we're pretty
crafty), the truth is that's not in the spirit of this deal.
Technically, vouchers can not be combined for any stays within 30 days
of another by anyone traveling together, or in the same household. If
you really want to stay two nights (we want you to also!) then book
your 2nd night when you redeem the voucher for the 1st night. You'll
get some great discounts too!
Q) Can I buy a ONE NIGHT voucher and buy another one under my dog's
name and then we come for one night under my name and then stay the
2nd night under my dog's name?
A) Does your dog have a valid credit card and photo ID?
Q) I would really like to stay an extra night as an add-on for the $ 129 one night deal, how much do these extra nights cost on average?
A) Two nights are usually ideal for a quick escape to Stevenswood and
we encourage adding a night to your one night certificate for best
results! To help make this happen we've set-up great discounts. You
should budget about $ 150 to $ 250.00 (+ tax) for the add-on night.
Remember, we've eliminated ALL Resort Fees and we pay the eco-fees, so
there's even MORE reason to get away to Stevenswood!
Q) Can I buy the $ 129 deal now and then convert it to a $ 369 weekend
stay if I need to later (when I book)..?
A) YES, if you're not sure if you will be able to make the escape for
a weekend or weekday, you can buy the weekday option and pay the
difference to us (upon booking).
Q) What kind of room is included in the Bloomspot deal?
A) Our standard demi-suites with forest/meadow or tree views.

Q) Do you have a minimum night stay?
A) YES. For pretty much every weekend we have a TWO NIGHT minimum. Some special
weekends, such as 4th of July, Thanksgiving, etc. there are 3 or even
4 night minimums in place. We sometimes allow very last minute
bookings for less than the minimum, but this would be on a
case-by-case basis, and shouldn't be counted on. There are blackouts
for holidays and special event periods on this LivingSocial so it's
not directly applicable anyway. For WEEKDAY stays, we rarely ever have
night minimums (well, I guess we do have a minimum of ONE NIGHT since
we don't offer rooms by the hour :).
Q) What time is check in?
A) Check in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on your day of arrival.
Check out time is 11:00 AM. We recommend arriving between 3:00 and
6:00 PM for best results.
Q) Do you charge RESORT FEES, ENERGY SURCHARGES, ECO FEES, etc?
A) Nope. The only things you pay are:
- Any applicable and elected upgrades (offered & quoted at time of
booking, and subject to availability)
- Applicable Taxes
- Optional Gratuities
- Anything you sign to your room during your stay (ie: gift shop, diner, etc.)
- If elected, any "add-on" nights.
Q) When do I pay the applicable taxes, upgrades, etc?
A) Generally, all applicable charges are authorized when you book the
room and we issue your confirmation. One way we can offer such an
incredible deal is with this pre-pay package, and remember these
bookings are non-refundable & non-changeable.
Q) Can I cancel the reservation after I book it?
A) See above. Nope. We generally can NOT change or cancel a booking
once we issue a confirmation number.

Q) What happens if I redeem a one-night ($129) certificate which
includes $ 25 in spa cash & $ 25 in dinner cash, but I am staying
on a night when the restaurant is closed?

your stay is for a Wednesday you may want to add a 2nd night (at a

A) We are about 3 hours North of the Golden Gate Bridge. You'll drive
through some incredible and beautiful wine country, vineyards, valley,
mountains, redwoods and ocean cliff areas on the way here. For this
