Online reservations and rates are not applicable to any special

booking a room, only the general room type and approximate view are
being reserved. We can not assign or guarantee a specific room until check-in. Please
let us know if there are certain conditions under "Special
Requirements" notes section. (For instance, if you must have a downstairs unit,
etc)
NON-CANCELLABLE: Reservations under any
special pricing, packages or promotions, online pricing or discounts;
or with check-in dates less than 31 days in advance are charged for the
non-refundable deposit of the entire stay and applicable taxes upon room
confirmation. Others are charged for the 1st night and taxes or 1/2 of

Stevenswood is a NON-SMOKING resort.
PETS: Pets are welcome with prior
arrangements. There is a $ 25.00 pet fee per stay which will be applied to your final bill.
INCIDENTALS: All
prices quoted are plus applicable taxes. Gratuities not included. Note that there is a $ 50.00 fee per person over 2 in any suite, and only certain suites are children compatible, so please
contact us if traveling with children of any ages.
