Frequently-Asked-Questions | Groupon Getaways

First of all, WELCOME to Stevenswood - we promise you will have a nice visit to the Mendocino Coast.

Stevenswood | Back Lawn at Dusk

The calendar is LIVE.

PLEASE SEND AGAIN a blank email to:    calm@stevenswood.com
We want you to know that due to the OVERWHELMING response our reservations team is working on expiration date extension options to make sure everyone has a chance to experience Stevenswood with their Groupon.

Remember, Groupon's Promise, assures you that you can RETURN YOUR GROUPON for a full refund if you find yourself unable to redeem it. So, don't worry...You're covered.

See the calendar page for EXTENSION DATE options regarding the expiration of the promotional value of your Groupon.

We've compiled this list to share the questions and answers we've heard from others.

Q: What if I have questions AFTER I buy my Groupon?
A: Our promotions team has setup this dedicated information line for you:  1-800-455-5253. Interactive telephone support is NOT included in your package.

Q: Can I check room availability before I buy my Groupon?
A: Unfortunately, no. We are not set-up for that. You will be able to check (& book) online starting around July 7th, 2012, by sending a blank email to: calm@stevenswood.com REMEMBER, your satisfaction is guaranteed, so if you can't get a room for dates that work for you, you can always return the Groupon for a FULL REFUND so there is no-risk!

Q: Are there pictures of the property and rooms online?
A: YES! We have a few snap shots here to give you an idea, however, like almost any hotel, when you book your reservation, you will be booking a general class of room, not necessarily a specific room.

Q: Is this special Groupon package good for two people at this incredible price?
A: YES! This incredible Groupon is valid for up to two adults.

Q: Is Stevenswood Pet Friendly?
A: YES! Our dog fee is half-price when you book it during your online booking process, just $ 25 per pet, per stay**. See more details here.

Q: I don’t know if my stay is going to be for two weekday or weekend nights, is the weekend package good for all 7 days?

A: YES! The 2-night weekend package just removes the Sunday through Thursday restriction and allows two nights consecutively on a pre-paid voucher.

Q: I want to stay TWO NIGHTS, how do I do this?
A: There are SEVERAL WAYS! You can either buy one of the 2 night certificates  ($ 299 or $ 399), or buy ONE of the one night certificates ($ 69) and ADD a night when booking (starting at $ 199). With the $ 299 one, you can book any 2 eligible Sun thru Thurs nights, or pay a one-time $ 200 accommodation fee upon booking to convert to a booking that includes a Fri and/or Sat night. With the $ 399 certificate, you can book any eligible night. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATES CAN NOT BE COMBINED. Additional nights will be offered, subject to availability, online when making your reservation. These start at just $ 199 additional per additional (available and eligible) add-on night, regardless of whether you’ve elected to upgrade to a more expensive room or category. The $ 69 voucher CAN NOT be used with another $ 69 voucher for the same visit or over any 30 day period. If you do, the booking is subject to a $ 300 "accommodation fee" applicable to the booking when it is processed. Remember that any stay that includes a Friday or Saturday night carries a 2-night minimum. Breakfast is included each morning.

Q: Can I combine this Groupon with other offers discounts or the same Groupon to stay multiple nights.
A: No, unfortunately this great deal is designed for use as ONE PER CUSTOMER, COUPLE or HOUSEHOLD PER VISIT over any 30 day period. Similarly, we can not double up on discounts, promotions or special packages by allowing use of more than one eligible discount per visit, so for instance, we are not able to apply a seniors discount or AAA discount to your charges in addition to honoring the Groupon special voucher. Of course, you can always add as many additional discounted nights as desired (subject to availability), when you book your stay online.

Q: Do you allow Pets?
A: YES! All Stevenswood Properties are 100% Pet Friendly. There is a discounted $ 25 pet fee per pet, per stay (not per night)**. This is a non-refundable fee, (not a deposit). Full pet policy and details: stevenswood.com/pets.html

Q: Are there pictures of the property and rooms online?
A: YES! We have a few snap shots here to give you an idea, however, like almost any hotel, when you book your reservation, you will be booking a general class of room, not necessarily a specific room.

Q: Do you allow smoking?
A: All Stevenswood Properties are NON-SMOKING.

Q: Do you allow kids?
A: Well behaved children are always welcome.
Additional fees will apply and be sure to let us know in the booking notes the number and ages of the children/additional persons. The fees are $ 50 for any extra-person over 14, and $ 25 for infants up to 13 years. This fee includes breakfast. Upgraded rooms are additional. **

Q: How do I buy or book this package?
A: The steps are easy!
1) Buy the Groupon online before it ends, here.
2) Send a blank email, once you receive your credentials (After the deal closes!) to the special email on your voucher.
3) Follow the instructions in the auto-reply link you'll receive. It will include a calendar of room availability, upgrade options and much more.

Q: How do I know which room is best, which one I will like the most, or what they look like?
A: There are some pictures online here, but when you book any room at Stevenswood, you are generally booking a particular room type and not necessarily a particular room. Room assignments are made by the yield management person, usually the night prior to arrival. Special notes or requests are always taken into consideration and we would never make a downgrade, unless there was some unexpected problem like a water leak or something serious.

Q: How do I pick the room I want after the deal closes?
A: When you’re ready to book your special package, you’ll send a blank email to the address on your Groupon voucher. You’ll receive an autoreply with a booking link right back (check your SPAM folder!). On this link you’ll be able to select the features and room types that suit your travel dates and needs. When you book it online, you can also type in any special needs you might have, room preferences, etc. REMEMBER, concentrate on DATES not room types for best results.

Q: CAN YOU CHECK TO SEE IF MY PARTICULAR DATES ARE AVAILABLE?
A: No, regrettably, you can not check dates prior to having your credentials with the special email address, and not until the Groupon deal ends. You’ll be able to do this soon after the Groupon deal closes. So, if you have VERY SPECIFIC travel dates that only work for you, this may not be the best deal for you, but since you can always cancel the Groupon at any point prior to booking, you are safe in giving it a try.

Q: Which rooms are eligible for this particular promotion.
A: The Stevenswood Promotions team (not reachable by phone) sets up these rooms for this promotion, however, if there is any reason you can’t find a room and dates that work for you, you can simply return your voucher for a full refund. Dates can only be checked by you, and only online, and only after the voucher is purchased. Some rooms have capacity for additional persons, and you can make the selections from available rooms when you book and redeem your package online. There are fees for children, starting at $ 25 each**, but this includes their breakfast as well. Telephone support is not included in this price point.

Q: If I buy this now, do I have to redeem it today?
A: NO, once you buy the package, you’ll receive your credentials within a few days. You’ll follow the instructions on the credentials to redeem them. You can not redeem it until you get the voucher, and starting as early as July 7th, 2012.

Q: Can I buy this now, book it online and then convert it after I get the voucher.
A: No.

Q: What is the cancellation / change policy?
A: Bookings made under this special promotion can not be cancelled once a confirmation number is generated by our system. For bookings in the distant future, 90 days or more, or reservation requests submitted within the last 24 hours, we can often allow a one time DATE CHANGE (no downgrades, or refunds), subject to availability and the same original terms without penalty, up to 45 days prior to arrival. To request such date changes, under these extraordinary circumstances, please visit: www.ReservationChanges.com NOTHING is done by phone, sorry.

Q: What do I have to pay – besides paying Groupon for the deal?
A: The only required charges are any applicable taxes. These are collected by credit card when you make the online booking. At that same time any elected, (optional) add-ons or upgrades would be charged as well, such as selected room upgrades, additional children, adults and/or pets, add-on nights, and special add-on deals offered on the settlement screen of the booking engine. There are NO eco-fees, resort fees, or other “fees” of any kind, even breakfast (optional gratuities additional) is included!

Q: Is this a per person price or can it be used for two.
A: THIS AMAZING GROUPON is priced for two! Either one of the three offered packages is based on 2 adults.

Q: Does this Groupon include all fees and tax, and if not, how much would those add to the cost? Thanks!
A: Nope. Sadly taxes are a way of life. So, you’ll be charged upon booking the applicable taxes, but they aren’t that bad. Expect them to be around 11% total. Plus at Stevenswood you never pay for any of the following: Parking, WiFi, Local or Long Distance Phone Calls, Breakfast, Hot Tubs, Fitness Room, Sauna or Concierge Services.

Q: Is every room eligible for this Groupon?
A: Our standard non-ocean view rooms are in inventory (subject to the terms and restrictions, including availability), conditional to the category selected by the Groupon option purchased. You may decide to expand your savings even more and splurge on a larger suite or ocean-view. These available and optional choices will be offered at special discounted rates, on the same calendar link where you make the reservation, starting at just $ 69 per night.

Q: How far in advance should I, or can I make my reservations under this Groupon deal?
A: We take bookings up to ONE YEAR in advance, and we recommend making your earliest possible reservation request, once you have some dates in mind, and AFTER the promotion stops running. Groupon asks you to book before 08-24-12, but we don't track this in our systems so that date is not enforced. Room inventory is limited, but we always try to work with people and often we’ll have upgrades available that opens up our inventory for a supplemental charge. Generally, we suggest thinking of some dates that work for you, and sending your blank email to the special email address you’ll receive on your Groupon. Remember, your stay must conclude before September 30th, 2012, or pay extension fees between $ 100 and $ 200.

Q: How much are the “room upgrade” charges? Is it different for weekdays versus weekends?
A: Upgrades vary based on the market rate of the room for the date(s) of stay. You can expect on a typical stay, if you upgrade, say to an Ocean View suite, the upgrade for the Groupon night(s) might be:
- Around $ 49 to $ 79 per night**.
These are determined by our projected occupancy loads for that night in question.

Q: I don’t understand this promotion, can I call someone to explain it to me?
A: Thank you for asking, however, we are not setup to handle the influx of calls during a major Groupon promotion like this.

Our 3rd party reservations center is here to book regular credit card paid reservations, not promotional deals. We have created this dedicated blog to address the most commonly asked questions, however, the promotions team can also reply to email inquiries at stay@stevenswood.com. Our 800 Voice Response is: 800-574-4899

Q: How do I book the spa treatments that I have a discount or credit towards under this special package?
A: After you book your lodging reservations you’ll receive a confirmation email with a spa menu and link to book your discounted spa treatment. It will be very easy. Just sign your treatments to your room during your stay and the credits will be applied before your folio is settled on the afternoon of your check out. We’ll email you the final bill then too. Same for dinner.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check in time is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, we recommend 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM for best results. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late arrivals and late check outs are very difficult due to our small scale.

Q: How do I get the credits that are part of this deal?
A: Simply sign your services that you enjoy during your stay to your room. The applicable credits will be applied to your balance before your folio is settled on the afternoon of your check out. We’ll email you the final bill then too. Note that the restaurant is closed on Weds evenings.

Q: Where is your property located?
A: Stevenswood Spa Resort is about a 2 minute drive South of the Village of Mendocino, along the Northern California Coast, about 3 hours from the Golden Gate Bridge. Your confirmation email will have full driving directions and a link to maps.

Q: How can I book my dinner reservations?
A: Simply visit here.

Q: What time is breakfast?
A: We don’t currently accept reservations for our complimentary breakfast. The start time is usually 8:30 AM, depending on our occupancy. Be sure to ask when you check in. During peak times, you may experience some service delays since we don’t accept reservations, your patience is sincerely appreciated.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We welcome American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CarteBlanc and JCB Cards.

Q: What is average price for a spa treatment in the at the main resort?
A: Our most popular treatment is the Swedish Massage (:55 min) for just $ 125.00 (before any discounts). (Plus optional gratuities)

Q: Can I give my Groupon to someone?
A: Yes, of course, as long as you haven’t already booked your stay (redeemed it).

Q: Is the Groupon considered redeemed when I book the stay, or when I get there?
A: It is redeemed when you book your stay. Please have your credentials handy when you’re ready to book the dates online.

Q: Are “credentials” the same as the Groupon Purchase Confirmation that comes as an email after purchasing the Groupon?
A: You'll need both the Groupon number and the unique Code - which only appears after you print or display your Groupon. Have both handy when you book this special package (online bookings only). Start by sending a blank email to: calm@stevenswood.com once you have both numbers.

Q: Is the $ 299 package for 4 adults, 2 nights?
A: The $ 299 package covers up to 4 persons for 2 nights, one main bed and up to two roll-a-ways as needed/requested/available. Taxes are additional.

Q: With the dining room closed on Wed, what would one do with any applicable dining credit?…. would this go towards the spa maybe?
A: YES, you can either bank the credit for a future overnight stay or apply it towards a SECOND spa treatment.

More questions are being added continuously, but if you don’t see one that matches yours here, send it to us by email to: stay@stevenswood.com
We’ll get back to you as soon as we can!

**Note special discounts on pet fees, additional nights, upgrades, added persons and features do not apply to the $ 69 one-night special offer Groupon.

  2. Q: We would like to come and bring our 17 year old daughter for 2/24 - 2/26. Do you have rooms with two full/queen beds to accomodate? How much would be additional charge for her?

A: Sorry, all of our rooms have ONE BED, either King or Queen. Rollaways are optional and subject to availability and additional fee. Please indicate in the notes when you book/redeem your Groupon online.

  3. Q: Is there a single rate offered on this deal and if you want a second night, on non ocean view , during the week what would be rate.

A: YES! You'll have the option of adding an additional (add-on) night, subject to availability, at a DISCOUNTED RATE (Starting around $ 199.00 per mid-week night). This is elected during the ONLINE reservation process you will follow to redeem after the deal closes. More details are here: www.GrouponDetails.com THANK YOU!

Q: For Option 3: Two-Night Stay for Two in a Grand Suite with a Couples Massage, Champagne, and Wine. Is this the same couples massage listed on the resorts website under spa menu including 1hour and 15 minute session? Additionally what is the offer of Champagne and Wine?

A: Thank you. It is not the "Love-in-Paradise" full couples massage. It is slightly shorter (about 55 minutes). You can always UPGRADE the massage for the nominal difference in price upon booking. Q: Could we combine the $69 option so we could stay 2 nights instead of only 1?

A: Nope, but you can buy the $ 69 one night stay and ADD a 2nd or even 3rd night at a discount - during the online reservation process (as you redeem your Groupon) - Please VISIT WWW.GROUPONDETAILS.COM FOR MORE INFO

  4. Q: How far of a drive is it to San Fransisco? Can I get one more night stay for the $69.00 option if I purchase the $399 package?

A: We are three hours from the Golden Gate Bridge. Unless you're old like Jackie, it takes her 2.5 on her Harley. And, sorry sunshine, you CAN NOT double-dip-on the $ 69 dealio...It's ONE per stay, but, if you're nice, you can always buy the $ 69 one night stay and ADD a 2nd or even 3rd night at a discount - during the online reservation process (as you redeem your Groupon) - Please VISIT WWW.GROUPONDETAILS.COM FOR MORE INFO - Joanie

Q: Hi there, Can you please let me know if you have availability for (2) rooms on the weekend of July 20-22nd? We'd be interested in the $399 package with the massages & wine. Thanks!

A: Sorry, we are super-duper-super-busy with lots of calls and emails right now, and our good friends at Groupon (ever heard of them?) have asked us to concentrate on theses (oh, and these FAQs too!) so we can't check specific dates until the deal is done, but IF you have VERY SPECIFIC DATES you must travel and you haven't actually purchased your Groupon YET, you can call the Groupon Sales Support Team at : (888) 820-4324

Q: Is this a dog friendly location?

A: YES, we take dogs...Well, we don't 'take' them, we welcome doggies (oh, and turtles as long as they aren't the snappy kind, we have plenty of that going on already!) -- KC

Q: How much more if I would like to stay for 2 nights, fri-sun, for 3 people?

A: It depends on a variety of factors, but in a general range - to give you a sense of the budget - it's going to add about $ 200-400 for the added night, and of course EVERYTHING is subject to availability. The 3rd person fees are explained here: www.GrouponDetails.com

Q: Are there any blackout dates?

A: All major holidays. Essentially this means anytime a post office, bank or school is closed for a holiday it would be a "premium" reservation, which doesn't mean it's necessarily blacked-out since we don't have black out dates, it just means there's a supplemental fee starting around $ 99 for these special dates. Thank you!

Q: I know you've already been asked a similar question but I'm still confused by the bedding for grand suites. Groupon says that's it's good for 4 but there's only one bed, is that right? Does the grand suite have a sofa-bed or would we be reliant on cots?

A: YES - sofa bed or premium grade roll-a-ways are available for this package, and most rooms easily accommodate the roll-a-ways, and/or have the sofabed, you'll know WHEN you book (redeem your Groupon) on the online dedicated calendar (live after the deal closes) .

Q: For Option 2, can the two nights be split up? (e.g. redeem for a thursday night one week, and then Sunday night the following week (and a half) later?

A: YES, subject to availability of eligible room category, plus a $ 50.00 accommodation fee (for the added wear & tear / housekeeping from the extra turn). Thanks!

Q: For Option 2, can the two nights be split up? (e.g. redeem for a thursday night one week, and then Sunday night the following week (and a half) later?

Q: I have a small 8 lb. dog... I see your website says you are pet friendly, and there is a $25 pet fee but it is considered 'on sale' price if I pre-paid with the room booking, otherwise it's normally $50. If I buy the Groupon room, there is no option to pre-paid the pet fee. How much will it cost if I bring my dog?

A: You're RIGHT, it's offered at half-off the "regular" pet fee price of $ 50 per pet, per stay. You'll add the pet during the ONLINE BOOKING process (not during the Groupon buying process). When the reservation is input, the charges will (hopefully if Peggy is paying attention!), be added to the taxes that are authorized against your credit card just before the confirmation email is issued to confirm your reservation...(Peggy, do you need some more coffee? ) - Jackie PS: If the dog is REALLY CUTE and likes giving kisses we might consider waiving the pet fee entirely.

Q: From when can we start booking? Also, what if I dont get the dates I want to travel? Will I get refund?

A: Hello! You can start the booking process within just a few hours of when the deal closes (See the count-down-thingy on the main offer page). You'll book it yourself ONLINE (only!) and you can always get a REFUND from Groupon if you find what you need.

Q How far of a drive is it to San Fransisco? Can I get one more night stay for the $69.00 option if I purchase the $399 package?

Q: Does the inn have wheelchair accessible rooms?

A: Yes! One room even has a very nice large slate wrapped dual head shower with a no-obstruction roll-in-level-floor.

  6. Q: We are likely wanting to travel to S. CA in October. Could we get an exception for later travel? Dwight

A: Hello Dwight. First of all, I presume you mean Southern California, and we are NOT in Southern California (thank Gosh!) - we are in Northern California, actually about 100 miles NORTH of San Francisco. Anyway, the question about extending the dates is a good one, so I'll answer it also; you can always extend the date for a fee. It will be determined as the date get's closer, and will depend on how many Groupons were sold and redeemed, etc. In the past the range is around $ 100 to $ 200 for an extension of up to 12-months.

Q: With the 1 night deal, Is it possible to pay an extra fee to stay on a weekend night (Fri-Sat)? Thanks!

A: YES, anything legal is possible for an added fee. In your case, it's about $ 200 for the "accomodation fee" + $ 200 penalty for staying ONE night of a stay that includes a Fri or Sat component, so you'd be much better off grabbing the $ 399 deal which lifts the Sun thru Thurs restriction - AND comes with TONS of other perks, worth about another $ 300 to $ 500!... You can call: 1-888-820-4324 for more details before buying.

  7. Q: Hi there! I've been looking at a Groupon deal for a stay at your hotel for my wife's birthday weekend. I just wanted to confirm the details of the Groupon to make sure they are correct. It says that for $399 I will receive a two-night stay for two in a non-ocean view grand suite, an in room massage, a bottle of champagne, and a bottle of wine. I was looking up some of the reviews for your hotel and saw that some people complained that they never received there wine or champagne so I just wanted to confirm that it was included. I also was curious if the massage should be scheduled ahead of time or when we get there. Lastly, I might have to work the night we check in and I was wondering how late the front desk is open. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks and I hope to see you soon!!!

A: That's a lot of questions in one! :) Here goes... Yes the details you recapped are correct, except the tandem massage is in our dedicated Couple's Massage Suite. State Law prohibits massage in a guest hotel room. The "Champagne" (might also be Calfiornia Sparkling Wine, at our discretion, assuming you both are 21 or older), and wine are included. The former is usually at the end of the massage, and the wine is usually after the separate, but also complimentary, wine & olive oil tasting in the wine bar. Everything is subject to availability and hours of operation.

As far as reviews go, please take the time to READ our blog, our websites and OUR information first. A lot of the concerns you may have or issues you've read about have already been addressed. For the record, we tell everyone we are pretty bad about making sure you get everything you are entitled to as part of your package. We expect our guests to know what they've bought and simply inquire if something is missing. Years ago we would flag our Groupon customers in the system so that all the staff would recognize them as being a package guest, but we decided it's better to keep this opaque from staff for a number of reasons, one is a promise to Groupon customers that we never treat them any differently than we do our full paying guests....Yes, we are even that snarky with the guests paying $ 400 a night... Anyway, since Groupon customers in the begining of our Groupon days gave all Grouponers a bad rap, we decided to let the customer tell US if we've forgotten to include something and ALL of this is outlined in full detail on your reservation confirmation email. You should know, that we are a SMALL property and we don't offer 24 hour room service, the front desk closes at a reasonable time every night and the wine bar hours aren't until 2:00 AM like in the big cities. We URGE and BEG our customers, especially pre-paid package guests to arrive for check in between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM for best results. Not 12:15 PM, not 11:30 PM. These are when 99% of the problems you might have read about occur. About the Tandem Massage, YES, it MUST be reserved in advance, full instructions are on the official reservation confirmation you'll receive after booking your dates. It's rarely a problem as long as there's some flexibility in your plans, you'll be fine with the appointment. See you soon!!

    1) $69 for a one-night stay for two in a non-ocean-view queen demi-suite, valid Sunday–Thursday

    2) $299 for a two-night stay for four in a non-ocean-view grand suite, valid Sunday–Thursday

    3) $399 for a two-night stay for two in a non-ocean-view grand suite with a couples massage, champagne, and wine, valid any day of the week

The Fine Print for this deal says: Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift, Limit 1 per visit, Limit 1 per party. So you will not be able to purchase two options and combine them.

  9. Q: If we buy a two night stay, can you accommodate us on a weekend before the expiration date due to the large number of deals you have sold?

A: If you look, the two night stays haven't sold but a fraction of the one night stays, so it's not as likely going to be an issue, BUT, these deals are SUPER DISCOUNTED and require maximum flexibility on travel dates, so we don't recommend them for people who have VERY specific travel dates (ie: a multi-stop preplanned long road trip, a local wedding attendance, etc). That being said, the hotel will work hard to get as many people satisfied as possible -- however, remember you can always return the Groupon for a full refund if it just doesn't work for you! Note that many smart Grouponer's will be electing paid upgrades (at similar DEEP discounts) during the booking process when they redeem and book their stay [online only, and AFTER the deal closes], which frees up more inventory overall. The yield manager will be working hard on allocations, redemptions, and more to maximize guest satisfaction in a sustainable fashion for such deeply discounted promotions...With a little perseverance, some smart planning and touch of luck you'll capitalize on a value that saves HUNDREDS for a fantastic get-a-way to the COOL and CRISP Mendocino Coast. We recommend reading up at www.GrouponDetails.com

Q: Is this the old Big River Lodge?

A: Nope. We are not on Big River, we are closer to Little River and we are not that old...but now you've given us a complex on both issues... :)

Q: I want to bring my Mom (and I'm retired..) but we want separate rooms and would like to stay 2 nights using your $69 per night GroupOn coupon. Would it work to buy 4 coupons, 2 for each of us? Is that possible? I also have one small dog, charge for her? Thanks.

A: Nope, the best way to do this would be to buy two of the $ 299 deals if you really must have two completely separate guest rooms. The other option is to buy two of the $ 69 options, book two separate reservations for the same night, and during the booking, redemption process (on the online calendar [live after the deal closes] you can always ADD a night (at a discount, between $ 160 to $ 300 per room, per add-on night) and always subject to availability. But, you can NOT gang-up multiple $ 69 Groupons for the same room, same stay. This is fully explained at www.GrouponDetails.com

Q: Does this apply to singles? Thank You

A: The packages are for one room (all 3 options) and each room is designed for occupancy of 2. Solo travelers are welcome! Option 2 includes additional bedding (roll-a-ways, sofa bed, etc) for up to two additional persons (infants and up). Hope that answers the question, I wasn't quite sure what you meant, but let me know if not. Doug

Q: How do I buy for two nights together, just buy two for $69 and book for two nights? thks

A: With today's deal you can choose between the following options:

    1) $69 for a one-night stay for two in a non-ocean-view queen demi-suite, valid Sunday–Thursday

    2) $299 for a two-night stay for four in a non-ocean-view grand suite, valid Sunday–Thursday

    3) $399 for a two-night stay for two in a non-ocean-view grand suite with a couples massage, champagne, and wine, valid any day of the week

Q: Can we buy 2 coupons for two consecutive nights?

A: Sorry, the Fine Print for this deal says: Limit 1 per visit, Limit 1 per party.

Q: We have a small dog, do you execpt small dogs with a fee, for a one night stay?

A: Yes, for the one night package, the fee is $ 50.00 per pet, per stay. For either of the 2 night package, the pet fee is discounted by 50% to just $ 25.00, still per pet, per Stay, THANK YOU!
